1. Position : Lead Engineer– Electrical & Instrumentation

Reporting to: Asst. Manager- Electrical & Instrumentation

Location: Pune

Qualification: BE Electrical/Instrumentation

Experience: 3-5 years

Remuneration: Upto 5 lacs p.a

Role & Responsibilities:

Defining instrumentation engineering requirements for projects.
Studying contract documents and applicable standards for instruments.
Designing, developing & seeking new Control Systems.
Preparing & Reviewing of various engineering documents like Technical specifications, Instrument Data sheets, I/O List, Loop Diagram, Cable schedule, Junction Box schedule, Interlock schemes, Control room layout, cable schedules, cable routing, grounding, PLC & DCS cabinets, Human Machine Interface (HMI), SCADA stations etc.
Optimizing instrument systems ensuring minimal cost and simplification in compliance with the required performance.
Witnessing the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) at vendor premises & Site Acceptance Test (SAT) for DCS & PLC system at site
Preparing control philosophy, control loops etc.
Providing technical & commercial support to Proposal and Projects team.
Implementing instrument detail design on P&ID's.
Reviewing of Vendor documents and follow ups.

Installation & Commissioning

Managing pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up activities.
Witnessing calibration of instrumentation, commissioning of the instruments like Smart Flow, pressure, temperature, level transmitters, different control valves, pressure gauges, control valves, dampers, motorized valves and burner management system
Transferring & Commissioning of loops by thorough study and understanding of the process, checking of the Logic for interlocks, Verifying Cause and Effects, while ensuring completion of Transfer within given deadline.
Reviewing of DCS and PLC software modification during commissioning
Preparing final reports and certificates.

Experience, Knowledge & Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills;
Good command over English;
Knowledge and experience in the process automation, power plant, oil and gas industry is an advantage
Knowledge of AutoCAD, Eplan software
Knowledge of SPI, DCS, PLC, SCADA & HMI programming & development is an advantage

2. Position : Lead Engineer/ Assistant Manager Design

Reporting to: Design Manager

Location: Pune

Qualification: BE Mechanical/ Chemical Engineering

Experience: 3-5 years

Remuneration: upto 5.00 lacs

Role & Responsibilities:

Thermal & Mechanical Design. Preparing BOM and Cost estimates, Preparing Technical proposal for Heat Exchangers, WHRBs’.
Providing engineering assistance to marketing & sales team and later, detail engineering team.
On Time Performance of the outputs to internal and external customers.
Participate in meetings with internal and external stakeholders as and when necessary.

Experience, Knowledge & Skills:

Experience in design and proposal engineering of Waste Heat Recovery Boilers/ Systems, Heat Exchangers and Pressure Vessels as per ASME, IBR, and TEMA etc.
Experience in Thermal and Mechanical design using well know software like HTRI, PV-Elite etc.
Innovative approach to adapting to latest technologies/ technology tools/ continuous improvements to the systems and internal design and engineering processes.
Excellent skills with PC / Laptop to manage work. Good communication skills: verbal, written and presentation.
Strong team player.

3. Position : Principal Engineer Sales

Reporting to: Head-Sales & Marketing

Location: Pune

Qualification: BE Mechanical / Chemical / DME (with relevant experience), M.B.A in Marketing is desirable but not essential

Experience: 4-8 years

Remuneration: Commensurate with capabilities and Industry standards.

Role & Responsibilities:

Sales &Marketing of Capital Equipment, Turnkey & EPC packages. Achieving sales targets and other functional goals.
Front-ending the complete sales, marketing and business development with potential customers.
Proactively generate and manage leads and enquiries.
Gathering market intelligence for products and competition;
Registration with intermediaries - OEM’s, process licensees and EPC contractors and set up sales pipe line.
Technical study of the customer’s application & feedback, proposing optimum solutions
Coordinate for offer preparation, review offers, submission and follow up with the customers till closure of contract.
Support execution team as required post handing over.
Maintain database, MIS
Key Account Management.

Experience, Knowledge & Skills:

Specific Experience Requirements: Products and Projects for waste heat recovery/ process integrated boilers, waste heat based power plants, Waste to Energy plants, HRSG or similar core engineered systems or similar capital equipment/ systems.

Should have worked in front-end sales & marketing of Capital Equipment /Project/ EPC company with clear Individual responsibility of Order Booking.
Ability to deal with senior decision makers, building long term relationship with customers
Capability to strike relationships, build strong network and develop sales pipelines.
Clear vision on profitability, commercial acumen and Business Analysis skills.
Strong Communication skills - Verbal, Written and presentation.
Willing to travel, mature and clear in strategic thinking process and implementation.
Ability to deal with Sales agents, representatives, distributors.
Good team player and Go-getter.

4. Position : Production Supervisor

Reporting to: Shop In-charge

Location: Pune

Qualification: Diploma/ Graduation in Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 3-5 years

Remuneration: upto 5 lacs p.a

Role & Responsibilities:

Managing Production in an ASME ‘U’ Stamp & IBR approved shop for Pressure Vessels and Heat Exchangers, WHRB, Special Equipment etc
Prepare, Implement, control and review production plan- Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to Contractors & workers.
Manpower Planning- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
Ensuring production operations as per standard operating procedures
Monitor quality standards of jobs.
Prepare and maintain production reports.
Ensure the safe use of equipment’s and schedule regular maintenance.
Coordinate with Quality, Design, Stores & maintenance team to achieve production targets.
Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.
Train new workers on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures.

Experience, Knowledge & Skills:

Work experience as Production Supervisor or similar role in fabrication of Boilers, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, special equipment & structural fabrication.
Knowledge of drawing reading First angle method & Third angle method.
Knowledge of material required for equipment & structural fabrication.
MS Office knowledge.
Good team player.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Position : QAC Engineer

Reporting to: QAC Head

Location: Pune

Qualification: BE Mechanical

Experience: 2-4 years

Remuneration: Commensurate with capabilities and Industry standards.

Role & Responsibilities:

Preparation of QAP on the basis of customer specification.
Carryout stage wise and final inspection as per QAP.
Prepare & approve Welding Procedure Specification (WPS) & procedure Qualification Record (PQR).
Prepare Welders Performance Qualifications as per ASME, EN, IBR and AWS standard.
Prepare, approve Heat Treatment Procedure & Independently carryout Heat Treatment activity.
Study of customer welding specification and comply QAC & welding requirements.
Prepare weld map, take an approval from third party
Prepare welders qualification list as per ASME, IBR code.
Contacts personnel of other agencies, engineering personnel, or clients to exchange ideas, information, or offer technical advice concerning QAC & welding matters.
To give the timely support for site rework & implement corrective actions.
Prepare MIS of QAC department and send to Group Head.
Calibration of Measuring Instruments, PressureGauges, Welding Machines, Ovens.
Plan the Training & qualification of permanent & temporary welders as per shop requirements
Develop new welding consumables, consumable testing & consumable calculations.
Evaluates new developments in welding field for possible application to current welding problems & Welding production processes.
Analysis of repair percentage & prepare action plan to reduce shop & welding rework.
Conduct QA audit in House & at vendor places.
Monitor QC&Welding processes on shop floor & ensure welding work is properly done as per welding process.
Daily co-ordinate with all Fitters, welders, Welding Operators, supervisors, QC Engineers & QAC Head.
Study of Product Drawing and Identify QA procedures, PS, PQR & Welders Qualifications.
Support to Vendors for improving quality & welding development in our product at vendor place.
Track progress of customer submitted QA & Welding documentation and take approval.
Work on Rework cost & welding consumable cost reduction.
Prepare, reviewed & maintained ISO & ASME related welding documents.

Experience, Knowledge & Skills:

Specific Experience Requirements:

Knowledge of Basic IBR,ASME standards & Welding metallurgy.
Knowledge of Heat Treatment. Knowledge of welding defects and interpretation.
Knowledge and Interdependencies of various activities for setting up the all QA& welding activity & co-ordinate with QAC Manager.
Basic knowledge of properties of CS,AS& SS materials. Knowledge of selection of welding consumables.
Basic Knowledge of NDT required (Minimum VT,RT& PT).Knowledge of Fabrication of carbon steel, Alloy Steel &SS.
Knowledge of Standards IBR,ASME, BS,EN .Knowledge of preparation of welding procedures as per International standards. Knowledge of ASME U, S,R stamp Pressure vessels .

6. Position : Site Engineer

Reporting to: Dy. Manager/ Manager Projects

Location: Pune

Qualification: Diploma /BE in Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 5-7 years

Remuneration: Commensurate with capabilities and Industry standards.

Role & Responsibilities:

Should be able to handle site activities /installation including electrical & instrumentation for the system like (Hot water systems, Waste Heat recovery systems, Hot air generators systems, Steam generation systems, Thermal oil systems)
Good experience of handling of health, safety and environmental aspects of the project construction.
Experience of handling of site QA/QC procedures, material receiving procedures, material handling and storage etc.
Strong leadership personality with good communication skills, fluent English language.
Should be able to handle customer complaints in time

Experience, Knowledge & Skills:

Specific Experience Requirements:

A minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar.
At least 6 years’ experience in construction and erection works in power plant, west heat recovery system, Boiler erection or other complex industrial type construction projects
At least 4 years’ experience in site or construction management of power plant

7. Position : Draughtsman

Reporting to: Asst. Manager Detailing Engineering

Location: Pune

Qualification: NCTVT/ Diploma in Mechanical Engg

Experience: 3-4 years

Remuneration: Commensurate with capabilities and Industry standards.

Role & Responsibilities:

Should be able to handle the complete project independently.
Preparation of manufacturing drawings of WHRB (smoke tube and water tube), pressure vessels, heat exchangers, piping, as per IBR and ASME.
Preparation of structure drawings, equipment mounting drawing, ladder, platform, staircase, piping support, ducting support drawing.
Manufacturing drawings for self-supported and structure supported chimneys
Equipment drawing, Layout drawings, GA drawings, foundation drawings, Ducting layout
Compact skids

Experience, Knowledge & Skills:

Candidate should have exposure to minimum 3 in above activities. Should work on above activities on Auto-cad independently.
Knowledge of power plant and 3D modeling will be of added advantage.
